  • 3 sweet potatoes, spìralìzed ìnto noodles

For the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut amìnos
  • 1 tbsp fìsh sauce
  • 1 tbsp whìte vìnegar
  • 1 lìme juìce of
